We must have updated vaccination records and signed agreements before your reservation. You can email or upload them to your account before your arrival. It is NOT Mutty Paws' responsibility to acquire and ensure vaccinations are up to date before the reservation. We can not accept a pet if we do not have proof of their vaccinations. If you do not have a copy of your pet's records on hand, just call the vet's office that administered the vaccines and they can provide a copy to you. Vets often have odd hours and may not be open when you need to reach them. Plan ahead and always send us their updated records when you take them to your vet.
- Dogs must have up to date Rabies , DHLPP or DAPP, and Bordetella vaccinations. We cannot accept owner administered vaccines, breeder vaccines, or handwritten vaccinations. All vaccination paperwork must have clear dates for re-vaccination, as well as the same information as the profile they are associated with. All vaccination paperwork must be in English.
- Puppies must be 3 months old with the final round of vaccines complete before entering a playgroup. Expired vaccinations require at least a 5 day wait period for the vaccination to begin to take effect. Note, full protection can take up to 14 days. Renewing vaccinations early is essential for protecting your pet.
Mutty Paws does not require dogs to be spayed/neutered but it is recommended. Behavioral issues such as excessive humping and aggression are common behaviors in in-tact males, and such behavior goes against our DayPlay and Boarding requirements. In-tact females are welcomed but must NOT be in heat, or approaching their heat cycle.

What to Bring:
- All dogs must be on a leash and collar/harness. Not all dogs in our care are friendly with other dogs, so this allows us to have control over all interactions throughout the facility.
- Your pet's regular food must be stored in an air-tight container, per the GA Dept of Ag. If you forget to pack food or run out, we will provide your pet with our house brand for $2 per day. Some owners prefer to individually bag meals, which is more than acceptable and further ensures that Mutty Paws can feed your dog(s) appropriately and on schedule.
- We provide your pet with beds, blankets, and bowls.
- Label everything you bring, such as their collar, leash, tote bags, etc.
- Please bring any medications your pet will need during their stay. All medications must be in their original pill bottle or a pill sorter for your each dog. Be sure to allow extra time at check in if you will be organizing medications and instructing our desk at drop off. Administering medications is $2 per day, per pet.
- We cannot take bowls (unless they are specialty bowls - i.e. slow feeders), rawhide bones, kennels/crates, excess toys, multiple blankets, or other items not needed for their stay. Mutty Paws has limited storage space and thus, we may not be able to accept all that you choose to bring with your dog.
